Terms of use
These terms cover agentsinmotion.ai and In Motion Automation, Tampa Bay, Florida. Using the site, Talk to Us, or asking us to do work means you agree to them.
The site
The site is a calling card. Copy, prices, and examples on it are not a bid. Work starts only if we both agree in writing, including email.
Talk to Us
Talk to Us is a voice intake. You grant us permission to record and transcribe the call, keep the transcript, and store the name, number, time, and details you confirm. Hit Confirm only if that information is yours to give and is accurate. Do not leave someone else’s number as if it were yours.
The work
Installs, automation, voice, avatars, and related jobs are custom. Scope, price, and schedule live in the written agreement, not in a chat. Third-party tools (models, clouds, hosts, Hume, Google) have their own terms. We are not liable for those vendors going down, changing price, or changing policy.
No warranty
The site and Talk to Us are provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free transcripts, or any particular business result unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, In Motion Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the site, a call, or a lead form. Our total liability for a claim about the site or Talk to Us will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or the amount you paid us in the thirty days before the claim, whichever is greater.
Your conduct
Do not abuse the voice line, scrape the site, or use it to break the law. We may cut off access.
Florida
Florida law governs. Venue is Tampa Bay, Florida. If a piece of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
