In Motion Automation (“we”) runs agentsinmotion.ai from Tampa Bay, Florida. This page says what we take, what we do with it, and how to reach us.
What we collect
If you use Talk to Us, we may collect your name, phone number or email, a time to call back, anything you type in Details, and the transcript of the call. The call is processed by our voice provider, Hume, so we can hear you and reply. We store the lead row in a private Google Sheet and may email a copy to mr.roboto@agentsinmotion.ai.
The site also gets ordinary technical data: IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed, through our host (Vercel) and similar logs.
How we use it
We use it to call you back, quote work, deliver services, keep records, and protect the business. We do not sell your information. We do not use Talk to Us recordings to train public AI models.
Who sees it
Us. Hume, Google, Vercel, and email providers, only as needed to run the site. If the law requires it, we may share what we have to.
How long we keep it
Lead records stay until we no longer need them for the job or for our own legal protection, then we delete or archive them.
Your choices
Email mr.roboto@agentsinmotion.ai to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will do what the law requires.
Children
This site is not for children under 13. Do not use Talk to Us if you are under 13.
